1. Acceptance
These Terms take effect on 13 August 2026 and apply to the Circle public beta. By accessing Circle, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Circle is available only to people aged 18 or over. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
Circle is operated by True Digit. Correspondence address: Room C03, Block A, 2/F, Tontex Industrial Building, 2–4 Sheung Hei Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
2. Beta service
Circle is currently in beta. Features, voice quality, providers, prices and allowances may change, and the service may be interrupted or contain errors. We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy or suitability for every purpose.
3. Account security
You are responsible for activity on your account and the security of your sign-in email. You must not sell, transfer, share or automate abuse of an account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Plans, allowances and payment
- Anonymous trial: one-time access to 5 voice minutes per anonymous trial identifier. Reloading the page does not reset the allowance.
- Free: 20 voice minutes per system calendar month.
- Circle Plus: HK$78 per month, automatically renewing, with 180 minutes per system calendar month, priority processing and higher service availability. Free and Plus use the same full-quality core AI.
- Top-up: a one-off HK$28 adds 60 minutes. Each top-up is valid for 30 days from the time its purchase succeeds and has its own expiry time.
- Unused minutes: unused monthly Free and Plus minutes do not carry over to the next system calendar month. Unused top-up minutes may cross a calendar-month boundary but remain available only until that top-up’s 30-day expiry. Minutes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- Chat history: signed-in users may save independent conversations. A new chat does not automatically import another chat. Circle may periodically refresh the realtime voice connection and continue using compact text context from the same chat.
- Tester access: Circle may provide selected testers with temporary, free and unlimited testing access, including priority processing.
Displayed prices exclude fees that may be charged by banks, payment providers or applicable tax systems. Test-mode transactions are not real charges. Tester access is not a paid subscription, creates no Stripe charge and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
5. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Circle Plus renews automatically each month at HK$78 until you cancel through “Manage billing / cancel renewal” in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You may continue using Plus until that date, and the next monthly payment will not be taken.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a subscription period that has started is not refunded on a pro-rata basis, and purchased or used top-ups are non-refundable. Each top-up expires 30 days after its successful purchase time. Unused, expired or remaining minutes cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or transferred.
Contact support@circlevoice.ai promptly about duplicate, unauthorised or incorrect charges, or a material service failure that prevents Circle from providing a paid service. We will investigate each case and issue refunds where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
You may also permanently delete your Circle account from the account menu. Deletion immediately cancels the related Stripe customer and subscription and ends Plus access rather than waiting for the paid period to end. No automatic refund is issued unless required by law. If you only want to stop the next renewal while retaining current-period access, use “Manage billing / cancel renewal” instead of deleting the account.
6. AI answers and important decisions
Circle may mishear you, miss context, or generate incorrect or outdated information, and does not guarantee that any answer, summary or third-party information is complete or accurate. Answers are for general information and conversation and are not medical, therapeutic, legal, investment, tax or other professional advice. Review reliable original sources and verify important decisions with a qualified professional.
Circle is not an emergency, medical or crisis-support service. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, call Hong Kong emergency services on 999, or contact the appropriate local emergency service and a trusted person immediately.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Circle unlawfully, infringe rights, harass or harm others, distribute malicious software, submit spam or repetitive content, evade allowance or payment controls, reverse-engineer secrets, disrupt the service, or use bots, scripts or other automation to submit large numbers of requests, manipulate usage or consume resources. We may limit, suspend or terminate suspected fraudulent, abusive, attacking or automated access without prior notice.
8. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you lawfully hold in submitted content and authorise Circle to process it as needed to provide and improve the service. Circle’s brand, interface, software and original materials belong to Circle or their respective rights holders. The uniqueness of AI output and freedom from third-party claims are not guaranteed.
9. Third-party services
Circle depends on Alibaba Cloud Model Studio in Singapore for realtime voice AI, together with Supabase, Google, Stripe, Hostinger and other providers. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, and their outages or policy changes may affect Circle.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle is not liable for reliance on AI answers, data loss, service interruptions or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and termination
We may change the service or these terms for security, legal, provider or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. You may stop using the service and cancel renewal; we may restrict an account for a breach, risk or discontinuation of the service.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Circle is operated by True Digit.
