1. 關於本政策 About this policy
Circle Voice AI（「Circle」、「我們」）是一項以香港廣東話為先的人工智能語音服務。本政策適用於 circlevoice.ai、Circle 帳戶、語音對話、付款及支援服務。
Circle Voice AI (“Circle”, “we”, “us”) is a Cantonese-first AI voice service. This policy applies to circlevoice.ai, Circle accounts, voice conversations, billing and support.
2. 我們收集甚麼 What we collect
- 帳戶資料：電郵地址，以及你透過 Google 登入時提供的基本個人檔案資料。
- 對話資料：語音轉錄文字、Circle 的回覆，以及你選擇開啟長期記憶時保存的對話。
- 語音處理：咪高峰音訊會即時傳送作語音辨識及合成。Circle 不會刻意保存原始咪高峰錄音。
- 付款資料：Stripe 客戶、訂閱、付款及交易識別資料。Circle 不會收到或保存完整信用卡號碼。
- 使用及技術資料：語音用量、方案狀態、匿名試用識別碼、必要 Cookie、本機對話儲存、裝置／瀏覽器資料、IP 地址及錯誤紀錄。
We collect account details, transcripts and generated replies, subscription and usage records, essential cookies/local storage, and limited technical logs. Live microphone audio is processed for transcription and speech generation; Circle does not intentionally retain raw microphone recordings.
3. 使用目的 How we use data
我們使用資料以建立及保護帳戶、提供語音對話、保持對話脈絡、計算用量、處理付款、提供客戶支援、防止濫用、排解故障，以及履行法律責任。我們不會在未取得所需同意下出售個人資料或用作第三方直接促銷。
We use data to provide and secure the service, maintain conversation context, meter allowances, process payments, support users, prevent abuse, troubleshoot faults and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party direct marketing without the consent required by law.
4. 服務供應商及境外處理 Service providers and overseas processing
Circle 使用 Supabase（登入、資料庫）、Google（可選登入）、Stripe（付款）、Deepgram（語音辨識）、MiniMax（文字生成及語音合成）及 Hostinger（網站託管）。資料可能在香港以外處理。我們只向提供服務所需的供應商傳送相關資料，而各供應商亦受其條款及私隱政策約束。
Our providers include Supabase, Google, Stripe, Deepgram, MiniMax and Hostinger. Data may be processed outside Hong Kong. We disclose only information reasonably required to operate the relevant service, subject to each provider’s terms and privacy practices.
5. 對話記憶 Conversation memory
今次對話會保存在你的瀏覽器，直至你按「結束對話」、清除瀏覽器資料或相關資料被移除。Plus 用戶可選擇開啟跨對話長期記憶。關閉長期記憶後，已保存的訊息不會再提供給 AI 作新回覆，但不會自動刪除過往資料；你可聯絡我們要求刪除。
Current-session history is stored in your browser. Plus users may opt into server-side, cross-conversation memory. Turning memory off stops stored messages from being supplied for future answers, but does not automatically erase earlier records. You may request deletion.
6. 保存及保安 Retention and security
我們只會在提供服務、處理爭議、防止詐騙及遵守法律所需期間保存資料，並採用合理的技術及管理措施保護資料。任何網上服務均不能保證絕對安全，因此請勿向 Circle 分享密碼、API 密鑰、完整付款資料或不必要的敏感個人資料。
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for service operation, disputes, fraud prevention and legal compliance, and use reasonable safeguards. No online system is completely secure. Do not share passwords, API keys, full payment details or unnecessary sensitive information with Circle.
7. 你的選擇及權利 Your choices and rights
你可以拒絕咪高峰權限、關閉長期記憶、結束及清除本機對話、取消續期，並要求查閱、更正或刪除我們持有的個人資料。部分資料可能因法律、會計、保安或爭議需要而須保留。
You may refuse microphone access, disable long-term memory, clear local conversations, cancel renewal, and request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes.
8. 兒童 Children
Circle 並非特別為 13 歲以下兒童而設。未成年人士應在家長或監護人同意及監督下使用服務，並不應分享敏感個人資料。
Circle is not directed specifically to children under 13. Minors should use the service with a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision and should not disclose sensitive personal data.
